Terms of Service

By creating an account on Roviqo you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Roviqo is a fitness coaching platform that enables coaches to manage clients, assign workout programs, review check-ins, and communicate with clients. It also includes an optional AI coaching assistant ("Rovi") powered by Anthropic Claude.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you use Roviqo as a coach, you agree that:

• You hold any qualifications required by law or professional standards to provide fitness coaching services in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for the fitness advice, programs, and feedback you provide to clients.
• Roviqo is a technology platform — we are not responsible for the outcomes of any coaching relationship.
• You will obtain appropriate consent from clients before collecting their personal data through the platform.

The Rovi AI feature is provided as a supplementary tool and carries the following limitations:

• Rovi is not a qualified fitness professional, nutritionist, or medical professional.
• Responses are generated by an AI model and may contain errors or unsuitable advice.
• Users should not rely on Rovi for medical decisions or where professional guidance is required.
• We make no warranty as to the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

• Coach subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@roviqo.uk.

You must not use Roviqo to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
• Use the platform to spam or harass other users.
• Reverse-engineer or copy the platform's code or design.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All platform code, design, and branding is owned by Roviqo. Content you upload (check-ins, photos, messages) remains yours — you grant Roviqo a limited licence to store and display it as necessary to operate the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roviqo is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Outcomes of coaching relationships or AI-generated advice.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
